Membership Details

All memberships require a 3 month minimum. After the initial 3 month membership, memberships will renew monthly. Memberships can be paused after the 3 month timeframe, but when restarting, must start back up for a minimum of 3 months. Pausing of services needs to be at least 72 hours prior to monthly billing so there is enough time to get the account paused. Any cancellations need to be made in writing at least 30 days in advance of the billing cycle. IV memberships and packages are for the member holder only and cannot be transferred or shared.
